Dates

Meetings will be held at the Meadows meeting room in Joshua and will begin at 3:00 pm unless otherwise notified. If the Town Representative cannot attend, a designated substitute may attend. The substitute must either be named on the Town Representative Certification Form or must bring a letter signed by the Town Representative authorizing that person to vote. The letter must be turned in before the beginning of the meeting. If a Town Rep or a designated substitute is not present at a scheduled BVFA meeting the Town Representative will be fined $25.00 for each meeting.

February 21 – First BVFA meeting for the 2010 season. Town Representative Certification Forms completed and signed.

March 7 – Regular BVFA meeting and last date for applications for membership accepted. List of Member Association Officers & Directors (with telephone numbers & email addresses) turned in.

April 11 - Regular BVFA meeting.

May 2 – Last regular BVFA meeting to change BVFA By Laws & Rules.

June 6 - Regular BVFA meeting. 20101BVFA By Laws & Rules distributed.

July 11 - Regular BVFA meeting. Turn in copies of member association 2010 By Laws.

August 1 - Regular BVFA meeting. Proof of insurance turned in.

August 7 – Player Certification & Weigh In.

August 15 – Coaches Meeting at 3 pm.

August 22 – Make up Player Certification & Weigh-In & Scheduling Meeting (Time TBA)

August 28 – First Regular Season Games.

October 24 - Regular BVFA meeting, Playoff Schedules & Election of Officers (Time TBA)

October 30 – First Week of Playoff Games.

November 6 – Second Week of Playoff Games.

November 13 – Third Week of Playoff Games.

November 20 – 2010 BVFA Super Bowls & Consolation Championships in Burleson.
